Cancellation Requests:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to the registrar at to be considered. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee/player for processing and handling. No refunds will be processed for cancellation requests made after teams have been formed.

Welcome to 2023 Regular Season!

Eligibility to participate in Little League baseball requires that two conditions must be met. First, the player must meet the age requirements for the league of choice and second, the player must be able to demonstrate residency in the CLL  or Robbinsdale boundary area or proof of school attendance is in the CLL or Robbinsdale boundaries.  Click on the link below for CLL or Robbinsdale boundaries.

If your residency or school attended does not fall within our boundaries, and you would still like to register your player(s) to play for Robbinsdale Crystal Little League, refer to the link below to complete the Regulation II (d) waiver form:

Please note: completing the Regulation II(d) waiver allows a player to play during the regular season; however, it does not guarantee eligibility for postseason play.

Siblings registering for the same division will be placed on the same team.  If you do not want siblings on the same team, please let the registrar (David Tolbert) know:

Family Volunteer Fee

Volunteer Deposit/Shift Information:

We require a deposit check in the amount of $350.00 per family in order for each player to participate. Your child(ren) will not receive their uniform if a deposit is not received before opening day on May 6, 2023 (tentative). Please note that the check WILL NOT be cashed, unless all required shifts are not completed at the END of the tournament season, mid-end of July.  We will be collecting the deposit checks during evaluation on Sunday, March 19th.  You may turn in your school enrollment form at evaluations also. 

In past years, we required families to complete a certain amount of hours depending on how many players they had registered.  Starting in 2014 we required a certain amount of shifts to be completed. This is due to some of the jobs that we provide for the volunteers ending earlier or later than others. A shift typically lasts two hours.  More information will be provided before the season begins.  The check will not be deposited unless volunteer requirements are not fulfilled. Upon completion of required volunteers hours per family, the check will be destroyed.

One player (6 shifts), Two players (8 shifts) and Three or more players (9 shifts). Please note that this is the minimum required to receive the deposit back at the end of the tournament season at the of end of July. We welcome families to complete more shifts if they desire. 

Discount CARD Fundraiser

Each Robbinsdale Crystal Little League player participates in the Discount Card Fundraiser. Families are required to bring $100 per player to evaluations (cash, check to RCLL or card) to cover five discount cards. Once players receive their cards, they can sell them at their discretion, and keep the money to cover the check given to RCLL. Players are allowed and encouraged to sell more!  Each card contains discounts to over twelve local businesses. All funds raised will be used towards the RCLL operating budget. Prizes are awarded to the top 5 players with the highest sales as well as the top selling team!

Note: There is a $5 credit card processing fee for a $105 total

If you are interested in being a head or assistant coach for the 2023 Little League season, please fill out the separate Coach/Volunteer Registration form.

The below registration will need to be filled out by persons that would like to volunteer as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach of any team. This form also needs to be filled out by parents/guardians that would like to be considered for the manager position of their players team.
